Digital assets carry substantial risk

Bitcoin and other digital assets are volatile. Declines of fifty per cent or more from prior highs have occurred repeatedly in the history of this asset class and can occur again, without warning and without recovery. You should treat any capital committed to digital assets as capital you are able to lose in full.

Additional risks include, without limitation: total loss of assets through custody failure, key loss or theft; failure or insolvency of exchanges and counterparties; changes in law, tax treatment or regulatory status in any relevant jurisdiction; loss of market liquidity; protocol, smart contract and network failures; and prolonged periods during which positions cannot be exited at a reasonable price.
